Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and relationship difficulties, including recovery from emotionally unhealthy or narcissistic dynamics. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I am passionate about helping clients reconnect with their strengths and move toward meaningful, lasting healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals. I often integrate Brainspotting, DBT-informed skills, and narrative therapy to help clients process difficult experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and build healthier thought and behavior patterns. I balance processing deeper emotional work with practical coping strategies clients can use in daily life. I strive to move at a pace that feels safe, respectful, and empowering for each person.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where they can share their story at their own comfort level. During the first session, we will explore what brings you to therapy, discuss goals, and begin identifying areas where support and growth are needed. I will also answer questions about the therapy process and collaborate with you on next steps. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work ahead.
