Great to meet you!

My journey as a therapist has always been about meeting people in their most complex chapters. I spent four years in schools helping teens navigate the chaos of adolescence, followed by two years in the juvenile justice system working with high-risk youth. These years taught me that no child is "broken"—they are often just lost in the shadows of a system or a diagnosis.

My approach to therapy

I regularly work with clients who have experienced trauma. I am competent in both adoptions and foster child/family therapy. I am also able to help parents address behavioral issues, including those associated with trauma, adhd, school struggles, and blended families. I often work with clients to navigate personal development, stress, anxiety, and anger issues.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, I prioritize creating a space of genuine and open communication. This involves being honest with you about therapeutic processes and feedback, and encouraging you to be honest with yourself and me about your feelings, struggles, and goals. This authenticity allows us to address real issues directly and effectively.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help us determine if working together feels like the right fit.
