Hello. My name is Brandy Porche and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I offer online and in office counseling at my practice in McKinney. I utilize hourly sessions and therapy intensives to help families, couples, and individuals heal from dysfunction, trauma, and possible clinical symptoms that hinder healing and living a healthy life emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and relationally. I believe that all families can heal when the truth and accountability are engaged. I see adults and adolescents ages 14 and up. I am a Christian Counselor so my facilitation is faith based. I am a certified Prepare Enrich marriage counselor and I am also certified in anger management.

As we navigate our unique journey in life, sometimes additional support is needed along the way. My interactions with clients are grounded in compassion, respect, empathy, and an understanding of cultural impacts. I help educate and empower clients so that they develop the insight and skills necessary to overcome their own personal and situational challenges. Examining the core of your presenting symptoms can be challenging but you are worth the life changing experience.

I collaborate with clients to reduce stress and improve their well-being. In sessions we'll discuss practical ways to solve current problems, and how past experiences shape your views and responses. I believe that insight into your patterns can help you make decisions that result in long-lasting change and satisfaction.
