Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and ADHD coach who works with adults who are neurodivergent (ADHD, autism) or healing from narcissistic abuse. My background combines practical tools with deeper emotional work, so you don’t just understand yourself—you start feeling better day to day. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are and begin making meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

I take a practical, strengths-based approach that starts with what’s impacting your daily life—like executive functioning, overwhelm, or communication challenges. When things feel more manageable, we can explore deeper patterns at your pace. I help clients better understand themselves, reduce frustration, and build tools to improve relationships, confidence, and overall balance in both work and home life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what feels most urgent, and what you’d like to improve. Together, we’ll identify a few small, realistic steps to help you feel some relief right away. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful—with a clear starting point for our work together.
