Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with adults, specifically, with individuals who suffer from life issues (depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, etc.).

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approaches include trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused therapy. I describe the therapeutic relationship between a counselor and the client as a collaborative one. The client and the counselor should work together to set goals that will help enhance the client’s well-being and establish healthier patterns of relating to oneself and others.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to be vulnerable without judgement, challenged when needed, grow in self-awareness, gain insight and solutions to life stressors.
