Hello! I'm a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner providing medication management and psychiatric evaluations for adults. I work with people navigating anxiety, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges. My background includes intensive care, hospice, and mental health nursing, which taught me to listen carefully and understand the full picture.

Before becoming a provider, I built and ran multiple businesses with varied success. That gave me firsthand insight into the pressures people face in demanding careers and how mental health impacts performance and decision-making.
