Great to meet you!

I have over a decade of experience working with individuals to uncover and build upon their innate strengths, helping them live more fulfilled and authentic lives. I have experience supporting clients navigating significant stress, life transitions, trauma, and internal dissonance, including sexual, spiritual, and other identity questions, as well as LGBTQ+ and non-traditional relationship experiences, while welcoming clients of all orientations and backgrounds. Together, we work toward greater emotional regulation, self-understanding, and meaningful engagement with life.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of counseling approaches that I tailor to help clients reach their goals and get the most from their counseling journey, with my foundation in person centered therapy. I draw from mindfulness based therapy, internal family systems, acceptance based therapy, and humanistic therapy approaches to meet clients needs.

What you can expect from me

My practice offers a safe, collaborative space where you’re seen, heard, and empowered. Together we’ll explore your story, uncover your strengths, and build grounded pathways toward a more authentic life. Whether you’re navigating shifts in faith, identity, or self, I’d be honored to walk with you.
