Great to meet you!

I work with teens and adults who feel stuck in life transitions, struggle with codependency, or carry the weight of low self-esteem, anxiety, or depression. If you’ve spent much of your life putting others first or seeking validation outside of yourself, I want to help you reconnect with who you truly are.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach blends practical tools with deeper exploration. I use creative methods like sand tray therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and I focus on what’s happening in the moment during our sessions to spark insight and foster growth. People appreciate my authenticity, humor, and non-judgmental approach, which helps them feel safe and seen.

What you can expect from our first session

You will leave the majority of your sessions with practical tools you can apply to everyday life. I value transparency, so I am always willing to answer any questions you may have throughout the process. You are ready to start your healing journey and you might not even know it yet, so let’s chat! I'd love to discuss how I can support you.
