Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that has 6 years of experience working in the field. I have experience serving a variety of communities. I have worked with the LGBTQIA community, children, young adults, couples, the geriatric population, and those with disabilities. I have specific experience working with depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, mood disorders, grief, transitions in life, career development, ADHD, self-esteem, anger management, gender identity, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I strive to provide my clients with the tools to navigate life as well as process any transition they may experience. My approach is eclectic. I use a Person -Centered approach as well as a Holistic approach This means I aim to meet the client where they are and I see them as the expert of their life.

What you can expect from me

I believe that the mind, body, and spirit is a crucial part that needs to be healed in order to move forward. You can expect to use CBT strategies, the stages of change, and many more strategies that are tailored to your therapy needs. I encourage those I encounter to lead their lives from a place of confidence and love.
