Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Brea and I am a dual board-certified nurse practitioner in adult-gerontology primary care and psychiatric-mental health care. I specialize in providing holistic telepsychiatry care to improve the management of symptoms associated with mental health conditions and/or daily life stressors.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I love to use a team approach while working with my patients because I believe in supporting and listening to their treatment goals in order to work together to develop a treatment plan to reduce their mental health symptoms. While using a holistic approach to treatment, I offer a balance of brief psychotherapy, medication management, virtual ADHD testing (upon request), and guidance with self-care practices, healthy nutrition, and staying physically active for overall wellness.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to provide culturally competent and non-judgmental individualized care for every patient in order to treat each patient as a whole person not just their mental health symptoms. I provide a welcoming, down-to-earth, and friendly environment to my patients and tell everyone to come as they are.
