Great to meet you!

Meet Your Provider

Welcome to My Colorado Care. I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized psychiatric care to individuals across Colorado.

I bring more than 15 years of diverse healthcare experience, including surgical, medical, and pediatric intensive care, emergency medicine, PACU, and plastic surgery. Caring for people from diverse backgrounds and across all stages of life has shaped my belief that meaningful mental healthcare begins with truly listening to the whole person—not simply treating a diagnosis.

I specialize in psychiatric evaluation and medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, women's mental health, stress, and burnout. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, with treatment plans tailored to each person's needs, goals, values, and circumstances.

As a military spouse, I also have a personal understanding of the unique experiences, transitions, and challenges faced by military-connected individuals and families.

Through secure telehealth, I provide convenient, relationship-based psychiatric care throughout Colorado. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. Together, we'll work toward understanding your symptoms, finding effective strategies, and supporting your overall well-being.

At My Colorado Care, care is personal, compassionate, and centered around you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to psychiatric care is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized. I believe meaningful care begins with listening—understanding your experiences, concerns, goals, and what matters most to you.

I combine evidence-based psychiatric treatment with a whole-person perspective, recognizing that mental health is influenced by relationships, life experiences, physical health, stress, and environment. Together, we’ll explore your symptoms and treatment options and develop a plan that feels appropriate for your needs.

I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and involved in your care. Through convenient telehealth throughout Colorado, my goal is to provide consistent support and help you make meaningful, sustainable progress toward feeling your best.

What you can expect from me

What to Expect During Your First Session

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and understand what brings you to care. We’ll talk about your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, medications, lifestyle, and personal goals.

I’ll take time to listen and answer your questions without judgment. Together, we’ll discuss your treatment options and develop an individualized plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle strategies, or additional resources when appropriate.

My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and confident about your next steps. There’s no expectation that you have everything figured out—we’ll work through it together.
