Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a background in emergency medicine, where I developed a passion for helping people navigate challenging moments in their lives. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and am currently pursuing a post-master’s Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certificate to become dual-certified and provide a more holistic approach to mental and physical health. I have experience working with clients across the lifespan including those of underserved populations and a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, autism and more.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard and supported while working together toward their goals. Outside of practice, I’m a wife and mom of three who enjoys reading, writing, and all things fall and spooky season.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and individualized. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I work collaboratively with each client to identify their goals, strengths, and practical steps toward progress. My focus is on whole-person care tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, my goal is to get to know you beyond your diagnosis, including your concerns, history, medications, and goals. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable and heard. Together, we’ll identify your priorities and discuss individualized treatment options, which may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, education, or referrals. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported and confident about your next steps.
