Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Breanna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Colorado and Texas. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. I believe that therapy should be both empowering and practical, helping you build insight while also developing tools you can use in everyday life.

My background in social work has shaped my holistic perspective, recognizing the importance of family systems, life experiences, and environmental stressors in shaping who we are. I strive to meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect, tailoring our work together to your individual goals and strengths.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or navigating a major life transition, my goal is to walk alongside you as you build resilience, clarity, and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe healing happens in a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. I work alongside you to identify your goals and tailor treatment to your unique needs and strengths.

I primarily draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients build practical skills for managing emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I also integrate techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma Systems Therapy (TST), and Play Therapy when appropriate, allowing for a flexible and holistic approach to care.

I specialize in working with trauma and PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, anger management, and stress. I also support clients navigating family conflict, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, and life transitions. My focus is on helping you build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will work together on an intake assessment to help me get to know you, discuss challenges you may be facings, and develop a tailored plan for care.
