My name is Bre and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of CO. I consider myself to be friendly, collaborative and emphasize the strengths of my clients to help them with their goals. I have my Masters in CMHC from Regis University. I specialize in treating trauma and work with LGBTQIA+ and ethical non-monogamy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am EMDR trained and currently practice this modality with over half of my clients. I am also trained in LGBTQIA+ Affirming Behavioral Healthcare from Envision:You (CO). In general, I incorporate Existential Psychotherapy, Attachment Theory and mindfulness practices in my work.

In our work, you can expect to feel supported in the non-judgmental therapeutic space we will collaborate to create together. We will discuss treatment objectives, teach coping strategies, work on boundaries and relationships and amplify your strengths/successes along the way.
