Great to meet you!

I’ve been working in the mental health field for more than 15 years and have spent 10 of those years in leadership roles. In September 2025, I started my own virtual counseling practice to make therapy more accessible and flexible for people who need support.

I see clients ages 14 and older and work with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, ADHD, stress, and life transitions. I also have a special interest in supporting professionals navigating leadership challenges and athletes working through performance pressures.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is calm and supportive, with a focus on helping people feel understood and less alone in what they’re facing. Over time, clients often describe feeling lighter, more confident, and better equipped to handle the challenges in their lives.

Counseling, for me, is about creating space for people to explore their experiences, gain perspective, and find ways to reconnect with what matters most.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll take time to get to know you—what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and what feels most important in your life right now. We’ll talk about your goals, your strengths, and any challenges you’ve been facing. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once; it’s about moving at your pace and making sure you feel comfortable.

I’ll also share a bit about how I work, so you know what to expect from the process. Many people find that even the first session can bring a sense of relief, just by having a space to talk openly and feel heard. By the end, we’ll have a clearer picture of what therapy with me might look like and some initial steps to help you start feeling better.
