Great to meet you!

Breanne Hull, MA, LPC, NCC is a person-centered therapist with warm, welcoming energy, specializing in attachment, complex trauma, anxiety, and depression. Breanne takes a holistic approach using techniques like EMDR, IFS, and SE, believing that the most important part of therapy is feeling truly seen, heard, and understood by a therapist you can deeply trust.

My approach to therapy

Research shows that the most important predictor of a positive therapy outcome is a great therapeutic relationship between the therapist and the client.

My focus in our sessions is to make sure that you feel truly seen, heard, and understood so that, together, we can discover what it is that you need most. Being invited to share in your life’s journey as your therapist is an honor I do not take lightly.

What you can expect from me

The decision to seek therapy takes strength, bravery, and self-love, so I already see those superpowers in you the moment you join our first session. You are welcome to show up knowing what to say or not knowing what to say, and I can take the lead. There is no such thing as TMI or off-limits words or topics in my world, and you can share feelings and ideas that are half-baked, seemingly contradictory, or that seem to make no sense at all. You are welcome to show up exactly as you are with me. ☺️
