Great to meet you!

Every person’s story is shaped by relationships, whether it’s the bond between parent and child, the support of a trusted therapist, or the multitude of connections we build as we grow. I believe real change happens in these kinds of spaces, and my work centers on fostering meaningful relationships and growth. With a background in child development and attachment theory, I work with individuals across the lifespan who are navigating differences in learning, attention, and mood. I’m committed to care that’s rooted in science and respect for neurodiversity—never one-size-fits-all, and always guided by curiosity and compassion.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a creative, flexible process. Together, we tap into strengths, explore new perspectives, and find balance. I embrace evidence-based strategies while honoring what makes you unique. If you’re looking for a space that values authenticity, growth, and the power of connection, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.

What you can expect from me

The first few sessions are all about the "fit." I feel strongly that the match between client and therapist is essential to success. Prior to coming in (either in person or virtually), you can expect a free, 15-minute phone consultation with me directly, where we start to explore the therapeutic fit by answering any questions you may have and getting a sense of your reasons for seeking support. You'll also gain access to your client portal and complete an intake packet with consent and informational forms, as well as questionnaires where you can share more of your story in writing. From there, our first session moves at your own pace. Some people are eager to dive right in, while others need more time to feel comfortable. Regardless, we focus on building trust, establishing a sense of safety, and above all, getting to know one another.
