Great to meet you!

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, LGBTQ+ concerns, trauma, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in repeating patterns, or unsure how to move forward.

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and I integrate a trauma-informed approach into my work, helping clients understand how past experiences may shape present challenges while building skills for healing and resilience.

I began my career in mental health in 2015 and have worked across multiple levels of care, including Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), in-home services, and community mental health. This experience allows me to support clients with a wide range of needs while maintaining a grounded, practical approach to care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, build skills for emotional regulation, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I integrate evidence-based strategies with a flexible style tailored to your individual needs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, any relevant history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of our next steps.
