Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Bree — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) with over 4 years of experience as a therapist working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, addiction, and codependency, and over 10 years of experience as a social worker and facilitating groups of all kinds. My background includes a particular focus on supporting people who have experienced trauma or institutionalization from incarceration, and I work with people whether they're brand new to therapy or have been around the block.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing doesn't happen in isolation. Group work is where I've seen some of the most meaningful and lasting change - there's something uniquely powerful about being witnessed by people who truly get it. I create spaces that are honest, grounded, real, and fun where showing up as you are is always enough. My approach meets people where they're at, without pressure or pretense.

What you can expect from me

Your first group session is about orientation - getting a feel for the space, the people, and the pace. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready to, and no expectation that you'll have it all figured out. You're there to get a sense of whether this feels right for you, and I'm there to support you in that.
