Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy isn't always easy, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself—without judgment—and where we can work together to create meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, addiction, and other co-occurring mental health concerns. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by stress, navigating a major life transition, working toward recovery, or simply feeling like you've lost your sense of balance, therapy can help you gain clarity, build healthier coping skills, and move forward with confidence.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to tailor treatment to your individual needs. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your existing abilities, and develop strategies you can apply in your everyday life—not just during our sessions.

Clients often describe me as warm, supportive, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in the process. My goal isn't just to help you manage symptoms, but to help you build a life that feels healthier, more balanced, and aligned with what matters most to you.

If you're ready to take the next step, I'd be honored to support you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space while helping you develop practical tools to overcome challenges and create lasting change. I tailor therapy to your individual needs using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build healthy coping skills, and work toward goals that are meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to have everything figured out before your first session. We'll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what brought you to therapy, and identifying the goals that are most important to you. My priority is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable being yourself. Together, we'll begin building a personalized plan to help you move toward the changes you want to make.
