Great to meet you!

If you find yourself struggling with life transitions, stress, or constant self-criticism, you don't have to navigate it alone. Backed by over 15 years of professional experience. I provide dedicated video telehealth services for adults across Washington state who are ready to build a more balanced, resilient life.

My goal is to help you cut through the noise of daily overwhelm and connect with your inner strengths. I specialize in working with clients facing major life updates, parenting stressors, sleep and energy disruptions, and professional or personal burnout. Together, we will create a supportive environment focused on your long-term mental well-being and growth.

My approach to therapy

My practice is client-centered, grounded in empathy, and strictly aligned with proven, evidence-based modalities. I maintain consistency across my work by specializing in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), focusing heavily on a structured yet flexible framework that accommodates your life.

Rather than just discussing these methods conceptually, we put them into practice directly during our time together. In our sessions, I will actively guide you through somatic awareness techniques, grounding exercises, and self-compassion practices right in the room. This experiential approach combines therapeutic insight with realistic, everyday tools to help you counter harsh self-criticism and manage your felt symptoms from day one, mapping out a clear and sustainable path forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will focus entirely on connection, comfort, and understanding your unique story. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, so my primary goal is to provide a warm, judgment-free, and supportive space where you feel genuinely safe and heard from the very beginning.

We will begin with a brief review of standard administrative details to ensure you feel clear on how our telehealth platform works. After that, the rest of our time is an open, collaborative conversation. There are no rigid interviews here; instead, we will gently explore what brings you to therapy at this moment, discuss any current challenges, and touch upon your background. You are in complete control of the pace, and there is never any pressure to share more than you feel ready to disclose.

Toward the end of our time, we will look forward. Together, we will begin mapping out a flexible, empowering roadmap for your growth to ensure our future sessions directly align with your goals. You will also have plenty of time to ask me questions about my approach or the counseling process. Ultimately, this first meeting is about establishing a trusting partnership dedicated to supporting your well-being and helping you thrive.
