Great to meet you!

I believe that every person's story deserves to be understood with curiosity, compassion, and respect. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Substance Use Disorder Counselor, I work with adults experiencing complex trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and chronic health conditions. My practice is rooted in the belief that healing is not about "fixing" who you are, but about creating the conditions where you can reconnect with yourself and move toward the life you want. I recognize that our experiences are shaped not only by our personal histories but also by the systems and communities we live in, and I bring that perspective into our work together.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative relationship where safety, authenticity, and trust provide the foundation for meaningful change. I am IFS-informed and often incorporate parts work into therapy alongside ACT, psychodynamic therapy, relational therapy, and somatic therapy. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, my goal is to help clients understand the underlying patterns that keep them feeling stuck while building greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and flexibility. I tailor therapy to your unique experiences, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a sense of trust and connection. I'll invite you to share what has brought you to therapy, what feels most important for me to understand about your experiences, and what you hope will be different as we work together. We'll also talk through any questions or concerns you have about therapy and discuss what our work together could look like. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard and supported, with a clear road map to guide your therapy journey.
