Great to meet you!
My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe you are the expert on your own life, while my role is to help you better understand yourself and develop tools that can create meaningful change.
I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches based on your individual needs. We may explore thought patterns, emotional responses, attachment and relationship patterns, boundaries, coping skills, or the ways past experiences may continue to influence the present.
Therapy isn’t about telling you what you should do. It’s about creating a space where we can understand why you think, feel, and respond the way you do—and what you want to do differently.
My goal is for you to leave therapy with more than insight. I want you to develop practical skills you can actually use in your everyday life.
