I provide a Holistic approach to mental health, offering both therapy and medication management. My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy(MBCT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). These modalities, combined with my commitment to ongoing self-improvement, allow me to serve with genuine compassion.
