Hello! My name is Brenda and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have been in practice for over ten years, with a generalized community therapy background which has given me a broad range of treatment experiences. I transitioned into a private practice three years ago, and have greatly valued the ability to focus solely on my clients’ presenting concerns.
I practice client-centered therapy, drawing from a number of different techniques and practices to tailor the treatment best suited for each individual. I also practice out of my home for a more intimate, less clinical feel to appointments.
Clients can expect an open and nonjudgmental relationship with me. I am here to help you identify what changes you need to live your life in the best way for you.
