Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over eight years of experience providing therapy to adolescents and adults ages 15 and older. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to overcome challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

II tailor therapy to each client's unique needs by integrating evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centered techniques. Together, we identify practical strategies to manage symptoms, build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. I believe therapy is a collaborative process that helps clients gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward the life they want to create.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other, discuss what brought you to therapy, and explore your goals for treatment. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we'll develop a personalized plan that builds on your strengths and helps you begin working toward meaningful, lasting change.
