Great to meet you!

It is my belief that most people have the ability to grow and build on their own strengths; however, at times, need empowerment and encouragement. My goal is to help you work on and accomplish your goals, regardless of how big or how small they may be.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for the state of Texas and I received my Master's from Texas Woman’s University.

My approach to therapy

My approach to working with individuals includes a collaborative approach where solutions, instead of problems, are the focus.

I would consider my counseling style as integrative, as I like to pull from a variety of therapeutic techniques such as C.B.T., solution-focused, mindfulness, and a holistic approach.

What you can expect from me

I believe that one of the main goals is to give clients the tools and skills they need to make positive changes in their lives.

I help people navigate life's transitions, and confidence. I specialize in supporting individuals through life transitions, helping them manage uncertainty, build resilience, and adapt to change while staying connected to their values and goals.

Whether you're facing a career change, relationship shifts, becoming a parent, an empty nest, divorce, grief, or simply feeling uncertain about what's next, therapy provides a space to process change and move forward with intention.
