Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be to have someone truly listen without judgment. My goal is to offer that same kind of presence — a space where you can explore what’s working, what’s not, and where you want to go next.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in empathy. I believe healing happens in a safe, trusting relationship where you feel seen and understood. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck and build new ways of relating to yourself and others. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT and mindfulness, but always tailor our work to your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to get to know you — what brings you to therapy, what’s been feeling difficult, and what you’d like to change. We’ll move at your pace, focusing on creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and heard. You can expect me to ask some questions to understand your history and goals, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. My hope is that you will leave the session feeling heard, supported and hopeful about next steps.
