Great to meet you!

Whether you are pushing yourself to thrive or fighting suicidal ideation, I will meet you where you are and draw on all my knowledge and experience to support you in a safe and nonjudgmental space. I am a transgender therapist. My life experiences thus far give me the confidence to support those in the LGBTQ+, polyamorous, Effective Altruist, asexual, aromantic, STEM, and Spanish-speaking communities. Message me if you'd like a brief consult! Check out Open Path or reach out for sliding scale information.

My approach to therapy

I work from an integrative, relational approach to therapy, drawing from somatic, trauma-informed, and psychodynamic frameworks. As a philomath, I am passionate about continuing to explore emerging theories and techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Gestalt.

What you can expect from me

You can expect thoughtful, nonjudgmental conversation to understand what brings you to therapy and what you hope to get out of therapy. We will collaborate on the structure and pacing. A successful first session gives us clarity, connection, and a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
