Great to meet you!

Therapy can be scary and nerve wrecking, but when you feel heard, understood, accepted, it can be so empowering, and a life changing process. With over 14 years of experience as a clinician working with patients struggling with anxiety, depression, self image and confidence, trauma, adjustment disorders, postpartum depression, etc, I have a passion to help others on their journey towards a healthier version of themselves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As your therapist, I strive to be a good listener as you take me through your life experiences. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, among other treatment approaches that are consistent with your experiences and treatment goals.

What you can expect from our first session

As my patient, you can expect to feel heard, validated, accepted, and a leader in your own treatment even when it may not seem obvious to you. I will help you gain the tools you need based on what I've learned about you to help maintain your goals realistic and attainable.
