A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in individual and couples therapy, pre-marital counseling, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, self esteem, setting boundaries, managing small T traumas, family and relationships, co-dependence, grief and ADHD for adults. I understand that sometimes we need to look at the past into our family of origin to understand where we are now as we seek healing. I am compassionate, kind and patient, as well as provide solutions and understanding . I like to give my clients educational and practical tools for the journey for in between sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

I like to set up goals that you have something to aim for and want to work on, while also understanding that every session belongs to you, and life happens in and around our goals. I ask what you would like to work on each session, so that you can steer the session to meet your needs.
