Great to meet you!

I graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work with a master's degree in Advanced Clinical Social Work Practice. My work experience with adults ranges from a background in health, hospice, community college, and behavioral health settings delivering interventions to clients with depression, acute anxiety, childhood trauma, and bereavement.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapeutic work is using psychodynamic psychotherapy. My belief is to approach presenting problems with non-judgment and curiosity to gain a better understanding of how one navigates the challenges of daily life.

What you can expect from me

Clients may expect active engagement, a safe setting to be heard, as well as to examine the obstacles that impede making changes to improve the quality of their lives.
