Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate, intuitive, and empathetic therapist. Many of my clients learn skills to navigate the most difficult of relationships through finding their inner strengths and confidence in themselves to make the best decisions. Life can be pretty much summed up in one word - "relationships". Doesn't just have to be with people either. It can be how we relate to everything.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and gentle with the ability to guide the client toward healing outcomes. I am very intuitive and have the gift of seeing situations from different perspectives. These different perspectives can reveal a better course of action toward a desired outcome. Bottom line is I love what I do and I strive to help. It feels meaningful to help clients use the strengths and skills they already have to overcome any obstacle.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away feelings of empowerment and less guilt. They will be able to see their situation from a different perspective and find solutions they never thought were there. They will feel validated and worthy. We are lovers of love but sometimes it doesn't work out the way we expect. I can help when this happens and it starts with loving ourselves.
