Great to meet you!

Ms. Gray has nearly 10 years of experience in the mental health field, working with children ages 5–14, and over four years providing care to adults with more complex and intensive clinical needs leading up to her LCSW. She is deeply passionate about helping youth develop anger management skills, emotional regulation, and clarity around personal goals. Ms. Gray also has a strong focus on empowering men, women and child to evolve into their desired version of themselves, whether through direct clinical work or by serving as a supportive guide during periods of transformation. Her work is grounded in compassion, structure, and respect for each client’s unique journey.

My approach to therapy

Ms. Gray utilizes a solution-focused, client-oriented, and goal-driven therapeutic approach. Therapy emphasizes identifying and building upon clients’ existing strengths, values, and resources to create meaningful and sustainable change. The therapeutic process is collaborative, empowering clients to take an active role in shaping their treatment and progress. Sessions are structured yet flexible, blending insight, skill-building, and practical problem-solving to support clients through life transitions and mental health challenges.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on building rapport, understanding your concerns, and clarifying what you hope to achieve through therapy. Ms. Gray provides a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, respected, and safe. Together, you will begin identifying strengths, immediate needs, and initial goals for treatment. Clients can expect clear communication, collaborative planning, and a forward-focused discussion that sets the foundation for progress and empowerment.
