Great to meet you!

As a therapist my goal is to break the stigma that comes with therapy. I strive to create a collaborative, nurturing therapeutic relationship that can help transform one's pain or uncertainties into one of healing. Life can be difficult and sometimes confusing therefore I want to create a corner where one can feel safe, understood, and free of judgement.

My approach to therapy

I focus on reducing one’s anxiety in order to be more level headed utilizing Evidence Based Practice tools as well as mindfulness skills. Aside from reducing the pressures of ones daily life, I hope to reinforce ones own resiliency in order for the individual to be able and see their own strengths. I will help you explore the roots of one's depression so that we are able to reduce the spiraling symptoms that stem from it.

What you can expect from me

The goal for sessions would be for you to come out feeling more aware of your overall wants and needs. You will also have a sense of empowerment and support to manage daily life.
