My approach to therapy is compassionate, trauma-informed, and deeply respectful of your unique story. I believe that many of the struggles people face—anxiety, disconnection, overwhelm, or difficulty in relationships—are often rooted in experiences where their needs were not fully seen, supported, or safely held.
Rather than focusing on what’s “wrong,” we work together to understand how your mind and body have learned to adapt in order to survive. These patterns made sense at one time, and in therapy, we gently explore them with curiosity instead of judgment.
I integrate evidence-based practices with a relational, person-centered foundation, creating a space that is both clinically effective and emotionally safe. This may include building awareness of patterns, developing practical coping tools, and processing past experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
Healing is not about forcing change—it’s about creating the conditions where change becomes possible. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you reconnect with your sense of self, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and whole.
