I am a independent clinical licensed social worker with 13 years of experience. I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including people with trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, grief and loss and relationship problems. My background in community mental health focused on helping clients with issues like bipolar and mood disorders, ADHD, and personality disorders.

I very much like a positive and holistic approach to therapy. I think it is important to find balance in your life and it starts with improving self-esteem and good self care. I like a person centered approach meaning you are in charge.

When things are out of balance, life can leave you depressed, anxious, and overwhelmed.I'm a great listener, my approach is active and highly individualized. One size does NOT fit all.I'm trained in multiple modalities.

Clients typically tell me how much better they feel after one session. Rapport building initially and I want to hear your story! I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable or like they are giving up their past to someone they don't know. I believe in a trust based relationship and going at your pace as you are comfortable. Mostly, clients tell me they feel like I have listened to them and feel like I am easy to talk to.
