Great to meet you!

I have extensive experience working in the areas of mental health, post-traumatic stress, family matters, and relationship issues. I work through a person centered, trauma informed care approach helping people overcome what they see as problems that may be affecting their everyday life. I have a passion for helping others to make sense of what they have experienced, how it has impacted them and how to move forward from these experiences so that they can achieve their goals.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I am an eclectic therapist, which means I utilize different components of various theories of therapy to tailor my approach and to help you reach your goals. I have worked with clients in a variety of areas including relationship issues, PTSD, domestic violence, anxiety, and depression, etc.

What you can expect from me

I believe in meeting the person where they are and working with them to be where they want to be. I enjoy bringing out the best in individuals through motivation and empowerment. My focus is on providing a nonjudgmental, safe, and confidential environment for the individual to feel comfortable and safe with sharing. I am so excited about the prospect of working with you. Please feel free to call or email if you'd like to schedule an appointment or if you have questions you'd like to discuss.
