Great to meet you!

I grew up in the rural Midwest, but love living in an urban setting. I have a BA in English Teaching, M.Ed. in Counseling and Human Service, and Ph.D. in Education. I have worked in Education, Healthcare, Non-Profits, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Community Mental Health, including Employee Assistance.

I enjoy spending time exploring the world, playing games with friends, spending time with my family, and art. I plan to meet you wherever you are to navigate the challenges along the way.

My approach to therapy

I prefer to use an eclectic approach using creativity, problem solving, storytelling, and a touch of humor to help you discover your strengths.

What you can expect from me

There are times when life is really hard and we need a safe place to process challenges and rediscover our direction in life. I strive to create a warm, caring space where a collaborative dialogue can happen to explore what makes you unique and discover your personal strengths.
