Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and in my 20 years of experience, I have worked with adults, couples and children. I have received clinical experience through the Ackerman Institute's Center for the Developing Child and Family in working with parents and their young children and school aged children. My Bachelor's of Social Work is from Northern Arizona University, and my Master's in Social Work is from Hunter College School of Social Work in NYC.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to create an environment and therapeutic relationship that is safe and secure, accepting, and supportive. In our work together, personal goals are identified and space is created to process difficult emotional and relational experiences. I draw upon AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) as my base for working with clients with the goal of fostering healing experiences and resiliency.

What you can expect from me

My goal as your therapist is to support you in your journey; listen to you; and provide opportunities for self discovery.
