Great to meet you!

Every person who reaches out to me is carrying something real, and I want you to feel heard from our first conversation. My path into psychiatric care grew from years working with people through hard moments, and it taught me how much a steady, caring provider can change things. I work with clients managing anxiety, depression, and PTSD, bringing a warm, direct style because honesty and comfort can exist together. I ask a lot of questions, not to interrogate you, but to understand your full picture. I am an APRN, ANCC board certified, seeing clients by telehealth. My goal is practical care and a steady presence as you feel better.

My approach to therapy

I approach care as a two way conversation. I ask direct questions early to build an honest picture of what you are dealing with, then we work together on a plan for anxiety, depression, PTSD, or whatever brought you in. I stay warm and grounded, and I want you to feel like an active partner in your care.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is mostly me getting to know you. I will ask plenty of questions about your history, your goals, and what has and has not worked before. It is a conversation, not a checklist. By the end, we will have a clear, honest starting point and a plan for what comes next, built around what actually fits your life.
