Great to meet you!

Hello!

As a licensed professional clinical counselor, I understand that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming. Seeking help can be hard and you've just taken a big step. I have 16 years of experience working with adults and older adults in areas including anxiety, depression, life transitions, coping skills and self-esteem. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space—always with a touch of humor.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is not a "one size fits all." Each of us has a unique story and experiences. I offer a person-centered, collaborative approach tailored to your unique needs to help you uncover solutions and develop skills at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to get acquainted and discuss what brings you to counseling. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and identify any challenges you’re facing. My priority is to ensure you feel comfortable and supported as we create a personalized plan that fits your needs and preferences. This collaborative approach sets the foundation for a positive and empowering therapy experience.
