Great to meet you!

My goal for treatment is to provide a safe environment for clients to increase awareness and learn to challenge themselves to make step-by-step changes. Anxiety and depression are many times clues to internal discourse. Whether it's related to a relationship, job, or general life stressors, learning to manage your thoughts, feelings and emotions will help keep functioning at optimal levels.

My approach to therapy

I offer cognitive behavioral therapy, communication skill building, relational therapy for couples and families, EMDR, DBT, and parent skill building, to address issues including infidelity, blended families, adoption, healthy boundary development, and PTSD.

What you can expect from me

I hope to create trusting relationships with clients using empathy, validation and humor. It is important to meet you where you're at and encourage growth for positive change. When you are struggling with life decisions, adjusting to change, or simply trying to figure out how to feel, I will support your journey.
