Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I am dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered mental health care through both in-person outpatient services and telemedicine. I believe in a holistic model of care that considers the dynamic interplay between mind, body, and environment in achieving optimal mental wellness. My approach integrates psychopharmacology with supportive therapies, lifestyle interventions, and wellness education to meet the unique needs of each individual.

I treat children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), psychotic disorders, personality disorders, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), and autism spectrum disorder. I am passionate about providing trauma-informed and culturally competent care that empowers patients to actively participate in their treatment journey.

My approach to therapy

By embracing both evidence-based practices and holistic principles, I strive to foster resilience, improve quality of life, and promote sustainable mental health outcomes, whether care is delivered face-to-face or virtually.

What you can expect from me

In my practice, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered. My clinical goals often include reducing symptom severity, enhancing emotional regulation, improving daily functioning, and fostering self-awareness and resilience. I work collaboratively with patients to establish realistic and measurable treatment outcomes that align with their values and long-term wellness goals.

Through trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, I aim to promote healing, restore balance, and help individuals lead more fulfilling, purposeful lives—whether care is delivered in person or through secure telehealth platforms.
