My name is Brenda Rueda. I have a master's degree in psychology and another in education from Sul Ross University. I am passionate about helping those struggling with mental health. I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, helping children, teens, and adults. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression and OCD.

I create a warm and welcoming environment where the client feels understood but also challenged. I am trained in CBT, DBT, EMDR and IFS.
