Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome to my therapy space. I’m glad you’ve reached out to take care of yourself. My name is Brenda S. Faiber, MS, LMFT, and I bring over 40 years of experience in counseling, coaching, and consulting. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can share your story and begin your healing journey together. I am an interactive, compassionate, and experienced therapist who has supported clients through a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, gender dysphoria, and family and marital concerns. I also work extensively with survivors of sexual, physical, emotional, and domestic abuse, including those living with PTSD. I look forward to working together to help you move forward and build more balance, happiness, and gratitude in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is interactive, compassionate, and grounded in creating a space where you feel safe to open up without judgment. Together, we may explore important life experiences, including your childhood, at a pace that feels right for you, helping you process and heal from past trauma. I believe in meeting you where you are and working side by side to support meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin by creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We’ll take time to get to know each other, talk through what’s bringing you in, and begin identifying what you need most right now. Many clients have shared that my caring and compassionate approach helps them feel safe addressing deep challenges and reclaiming their lives, and together, we’ll begin building that same foundation for you.
