Great to meet you!

Seeking support is not always easy. The fact that you are here means you have already taken a step toward where you want to be. As a bilingual therapist, I believe it is important to understand each client within the context of their culture, family, experiences, and the environment that has shaped them. I pride myself on creating a space that feels warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental. At Gentle Sol Counseling and Wellness, my hope is that you feel comfortable enough to simply be yourself. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, trauma, family dynamics, and other life challenges.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative process. I am here to support you, guide you, and walk alongside you as we navigate life’s challenges together, one gentle step at a time. I tailor therapy to your individual needs and may incorporate different approaches that best support your therapy goals. With younger clients, I may also use Play Therapy & Sand Tray Therapy.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know one another, discussing your concerns, and exploring what you hope to gain from therapy. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we will identify initial goals, discuss what support may look like, and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. There is no pressure to have everything figured out! Our first session is simply the beginning of your journey.
