Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with experience working alongside adults, children, and families from many different ethnic and cultural backgrounds. I truly believe each individual is the expert on their own life, and my role is to create the conditions for that expertise to emerge. It is my mission to continue contributing to the communities that inspired me to become a therapist. I offer telehealth and in-person services in the Fresno area.

My approach to therapy

My approach is empathic and client-centered, rooted in trauma-informed care and attachment-based work, with specialized training in early childhood mental health. Effective therapy begins when the client feels genuinely comfortable and safe, and I take that seriously with every person I work with. My vision is to help each client gain awareness of who they are and how they came to be, trusting that through this process, they will grow in confidence as they take part in their own healing.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and make sure we are a good fit. I believe every client deserves a therapist who feels right for them, and I encourage you to trust that sense. For those who are ready, therapy can be a place to tell your story, possibly for the first time. I am here to listen and to bear witness to it.
