Great to meet you!

Hello! I enjoy helping people feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship concerns, and other difficult transitions. I believe therapy should be a welcoming space where you can be yourself, speak openly, and feel heard without fear of judgment.

My experience includes working with children and adolescents in school settings, where I have supported the development of interpersonal communication skills, emotional awareness, and healthy relationships. I also have extensive experience working with couples, families, and adults navigating relationship dynamics, communication challenges, and personal growth. These experiences have given me an appreciation for how our relationships and environments can shape the way we experience and respond to the world around us.

Whether you’re coming to therapy individually, as a couple, or as a family, my goal is to create a supportive environment where we can better understand what is happening, recognize existing strengths, and work toward healthier patterns, stronger connections, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and holistic. I tailor our work to you, combining evidence-based practices, practical tools, and mindfulness based on your needs. I'll meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and work with you toward the goals that matter most to you. My goal is for therapy to feel like a genuine partnership, not a one-size-fits-all process.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I'll listen to your experiences, learn about what you'd like to work on, and begin exploring goals together. I want you to feel relaxed and comfortable, so there's no pressure to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work ahead.
