Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner providing medication management and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma and PTSD, and binge eating disorder. My background includes extensive experience in complex psychiatric care across the lifespan, and I see patients from age 6 through adulthood. I'm fluent in Spanish and offer sessions in either language, depending on what feels most comfortable for you or your child.

My approach to therapy

I offer medication management, psychotherapy, or both, depending on what fits your needs. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive psychotherapy, solution-focused approaches, and trauma-informed care, adjusting my style depending on whether I'm working with a child, a teenager, or an adult. I pay close attention to detail, whether that's fine-tuning a medication regimen or working through the patterns that keep anxiety, mood symptoms, or disordered eating in place.

What you can expect from me

Starting care can feel like a big step, whether you're an adult coming in on your own or a parent bringing in a child. In our first session, I'll spend time understanding your history, your goals, and what's brought you in, and we'll talk through what treatment might look like together, including whether medication, therapy, or both make sense. My goal is to make that first appointment feel approachable, so you leave feeling heard and with a clear sense of next steps.
